As Development Manager of Kara, it’s Jordan’s responsibility to oversee the day-to-day operations of each development, taking projects from an early planning phase to a point where clients can start building their new homes.

With a background in civil engineering, and previous experience working on LWP’s award-winning Ellenbrook estate, he loves the ability to help bring the vision for Kara to life. Jordan works alongside a team of consultants, civil contractors, landscapers, sales and marketing teams, project accountants, and local and service authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes.

One of the things he’s most proud of about Kara is the overall design of the estate. It has all been centred around an amazing park, which is within walking distance to all future homes - all pointing to a strong, connected community.

When you're looking to purchase your new block, Candice is busy working away behind the scenes to make it happen. As your Contracts Administrator, she’s your point of contact from when you sign your land sales contract until you reach settlement on your chosen block of land.

A key member of your team throughout your buying journey, Candice is there to liaise with your builder and finance broker, and assist with relevant documentation, contract extensions, queries about land titles and more! On top of all that, she’ll even work with you to settle on your block within the contract terms.

As a resident in the area, Candice loves Kara - Especially the many niche cafés close by, and the amazing sunset colours.  

As the Building & Design Coordinator for Kara, Stacy is your main point of contact for building approvals, design guidelines, fencing and landscaping, as well as any future approvals after you’ve moved in (such as pools or sheds).

Responsible for the estate’s design guidelines, Stacy ensures the estate presents to a high standard once built. Once your building application has been sent through by your builder, Stacy will be on hand to review your floorplans and colour selections to ensure they comply.
